This is a support contract that we agree upon first.
We make ourselves available to you with pre-agreed response times and at a higher priority than 'Call Out Support'.
As a customer you would pay a monthly amount for an agreed level of coverage and we will provide the agreed level of support as and when needed.
We can also be contracted to monitor your systems and servers for potential problems and to keep them up to date with vendor updates and patches on your behalf keeping you secure in the process.
