We strive to be flexible and offer different levels of support to suit your needs, whether you would prefer us to take care of your entire network or would rather us take a task based approach and work as and when required.
Live Interactive Web based Support
Customers can chat online with a member of our support team during certain hours.
If technical support is logged in, that will be indicated here, with a link to log in. This box automatically updates at one-minute intervals.
Call Out Support
Like a company helpdesk - Ideal for company's without their own IT
expert. We can offer telephone support, internet based remote support
as well as site visits.
If you have an immediate problem that requires attention and you do not have an 'Ongoing Support' contract with us or are a new customer then this is the way to go.
Ongoing Support
This is a support contract that we agree upon first. We make ourselves available to you with pre-agreed response times and at a higher priority than 'Call Out Support'.
We can also be contracted to monitor your systems for potential problems and to keep them up to date with vendor updates on your behalf keeping you secure in the process.
Project Support
If you are planning a project but lack technical expertise in a specific area we can help and advise.
If your in-house team find themselves overwhelmed or in need of a little extra help with a particular problem we can help too.
With many years experience on Microsoft platforms we are specialists and can offer expert knowledge to aid your team.
We can relieve the pressure caused by a key staff member being on holiday or taken ill.
