Contract Support

Annual and monthly contracts are available with guaranteed response times, an agreed level of telephone support and on-site visits per month included in the price. Monthly on-site hours are rolled over if not used allowing you to build up a reserve for when it's needed and any additional hours are provided on reduced rates.
There is a choice of how to pay, either on an annual basis or a monthly budget plan.

'Call Out' Support

This is for clients wanting to use our services on an 'as and when' basis, without purchasing a discounted block of time or support contract. If you have a 'one off' problem or simply want to test us out just call for more details.
